The main goal of the project was to improve the internal processes, provide visibility over the performance of the organization, ease the management reporting, and lay down the foundation for future growth. In addition, the company aimed to optimize the direct costs and reduce duplication of activities by automating the processes.

The entire operations within all companies in the group are managed in Dynamics and the delivered Professional Services Reporting package hosted on Microsoft Azure. The solution is built to manage multiple companies based in different countries and consolidate the financial information from various entities.
